Home Payment Policy
RESERVATION & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
To secure a reservation, the Guest must adhere to the following payment timeline. Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
- Booking Deposit: 40% of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking.
- Second Payment: 35% of the total rental amount is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Final Balance: The remaining 25% is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Non-Refundable: All prepayments and installments are strictly non-refundable.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that Guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including health issues, flight delays, or weather-related disruptions.
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
- Deposit Amount: A security deposit of $1,000.00 USD (CASH) is required upon arrival at the property.
- Return Policy: This deposit will be refunded in full upon checkout, provided no damage to the property, furniture, or equipment has occurred, and no fines have been incurred (e.g., smoking violations or unauthorized guests).
