Arrival and Departure
- Check-In: After 4:00 PM
- Check-Out: Before 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Occupancy and Age Requirements
- Maximum Overnight Guests: The villa accommodates a maximum of 18 guests overnight. Exceeding this limit without prior written consent is a violation of the rental agreement.
- Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age.
- Families: Children of all ages (0–17) are welcome.
Smoking Policy
- Interior Areas: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and all bedrooms.
- Exterior Areas: Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. Please use the provided ashtrays and dispose of waste responsibly to protect the villa’s natural surroundings.
Pets
- No Pets Allowed: To maintain a hypoallergenic environment for all guests, pets of any kind are not permitted on the property.
Events and Gatherings
- Event Capacity: Gatherings or events are limited to a maximum of 25 attendees.
- Approval Required: All events must be disclosed and approved by management prior to arrival. Additional fees or security deposits may apply for approved events.
Damages and Incidentals
- Guest Responsibility: You are fully responsible for any damage to the rental property, including furniture, landscaping, and amenities, caused by you or any member of your party during your stay.
- Reporting: Please report any accidental breakage or malfunctions to management immediately so they may be addressed before the next check-in.
Compliance
- Guests are expected to respect the property and the surrounding community. Failure to adhere to the occupancy limits or smoking policies may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
